Who do you work with?

I provide counseling to adults (18 years and older) who live in the state of Texas. I work with individuals to identify the causes of various struggles or issues that hinder growth and flourishing. I have experience working with individuals addressing eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, parenting, marriage issues, life transitions and career issues.

What is your counseling approach?

I help individuals identify the root causes of their presenting concerns by drawing from biblical truth and psychological insights. By creating a safe space where clients can process their emotions, thoughts and experiences, my aim is to help individuals work towards emotional, relational and spiritual thriving.

Do you offer in-person counseling?

I am exclusively offering virtual counseling sessions at this time. Virtual counseling has several benefits, including scheduling flexibility and accessibility from your own environment. I am committed to providing each client with quality care and support in the virtual counseling process.

Do you work with clients who reside outside of Texas?

In adherence with licensing regulations, I only work with clients who reside in the state of Texas.

What is your counseling fee?

I charge $150 for a 50 minute individual session. Session payments are due at the end of each session.

What does LPC mean?

LPC stands for licensed professional counselor. In order to obtain this license, an individual must hold a graduate degree in a counseling-related field and complete 3,000 hours of supervised counseling experience.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance but am happy to provide clients with a superbill should they wish to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.
